Well, it looks as if TER took everyone's suggestion about the Top 100. You must have at least 20 reviews to make the list I believe. And the doubles are not included on that list. Wow!
The the rules of the current system for "Reviewers", as explained to me when I brought up this very issue, only count those reviews for your home city and not those for some strange reason when you travel. It's not clear to me it they count those of visiting ladies to your city if their profile does not reflect same. I have far more reviews than many on the DC list but have yet to make the cut. The reason is that a good third of my reviews are for a city other than Washington DC.
