If we could revive the TEH board, there would be no necessity to create an SD/SB board, but as long as that aged Thread takes up the entire first page no one is going to start any new threads.
Here's my suggestion regarding the Erotic Highway board from Feb 2016:

Number of new threads in May 2016 = Zero
Number of posts in May 2016 = 8
Two weeks ago on S&P, several people were clamoring for the creation of a "Sugar" board. You already have one--the Erotic Highway works quite well for sugar threads, & it's open for other topics as well. But first you'll need to age that "Tell Us Your Story" thread. Otherwise the Erotic Highway board is already dead. --
