Don't know what you need to do, advertising vs. marketing, but it is sorely needed.....
I've done problem reports and sent detailed emailing pointing out the agencies in London who submit multiple fake review/use fake photos etc.
It seems unfair on those of us who work hard to give guys a good time and unfair on TER members who come to London and get a B&S not to do something about such practices.
