I find myself frequently typing provider info into my cell phone:  Name, city, email, phone, alternate phone, etc.   This is a major hassle.

I know the TER database is well organized so it should be a simple matter to add a "download business card" type function to each provider's profile.  The standard format is ".vcf" - this industry standard can imported easily into multiple address/contact books on both Mac and PC. From there, a simple matter to send to my phone or sync with my phone. Most businessmen do this weekly or even daily.  Even better, when a provider's info has changed, if I download the vcf "card" it will automatically update on my computer and phone.
Easy to do and high value added!
