Scrap the Top 100 lists. Review manipulation has been around since the beginning of TER but it increased exponentially after the top lists were created, and yes the new review rules are just creating new ways to manipulate. I won't be taking your bet.
So, a bit of confusion here. I see that in Phoenix, there is the #5 provider on the the Top 100 list has a higher average for looks and a higher average for performance that the provider at #4. Is this Common Core math, or is something wrong here?
... has high scores for Chemistry and/or Incall-- high enough to nudge above the other provider in the top 100 list. This is happening quite a lot now that reviews are being done using the new site.
This has been discussed elsewhere, but to date I haven't seen an explanation as to how the Chemistry and Incall scores get factored into the overall scores.

My suggestion would be to keep the stars but do not try to blend them into the overall rating. Continue with the overall rating being an average of appearance and performance only.
Scrap the "top lists" altogether. All they do is encourage review fraud, grade inflation and even outright blackmail for higher scores.
and to make matters even worse, the actual formula to rank the girls now makes about as much sense as the methodology used to pick Ms TER.
My prediction, and I am willing to lay odds on this, in the very near future the girls towards the top of the "top lists" are going to be getting an inordinate number of reviews either with another girl or another guy involved if the lady in question doesn't offer anal. Any takers?
I 100% agree with your prediction, but I think it's going to go beyond that. I started noticing girls who previously never offered greek (clear from their profile and reviews) all of a sudden started providing greek once the rules changed. Coincidence or something else....
Look no further than one of the top girls in a certain northeast city. She has a streak of 10/10s that goes back forever and I don't believe a single one of those reviews ever mentioned anything about greek (and her profile says no anal). She didn't have any reviews in 2017 and actually dropped off the top 100 list for inactivity. However, within days of that happening, two first time reviewers magically appeared with their own 10/10 reviews. Lo and behold, she apparently provides greek now. Draw your own conclusions...
