I go to Florida a few times a year and the ad section is only for florida.  You would think they would at least have Miami, Tampa and Southwest Florida sections. I usually am in the Naples area and its hard to find ladies there via ter.

I suggest you post ISOs on both the Fla board and ISO board before you travel. Best to check under the hood if you're in Key West.

I can't understand that at all, especially since the California and Texas cities support separate forums. I travel to Miami/Lauderdale a lot, and it's a PITA to search through the Florida forum as well as the Ad forum.  I mean, if Austin can have a separate forum, an international destination like Miami can.

"More boards!" has come up on S&P. I suggested that TER should change the headers on the boards to make it easier to sub-categorize. FL Ad Board header says: "Welcome to the Florida Provider Ad board.

This is a moderated forum for providers to post ads. Any post that is not a provider ad will be moved to the Florida Regional board."

DUH!

I suggest that headers give advice to posters to put info in their subject line. Local guys could come up with consensus "codes." The new headers would be something like (I don't know FL, so this is just for example):

"Welcome to the Florida Provider Ad board.  When posting ads, please include the following codes at the beginning of your subject line. M = Miami; N = Naples; O = Orlando; FL = Fort Lauderdale; T = Tampa; TL = Tallahassee; EC = Epcot Center :-) ; SS = Sarasota; ..."

It could take a while to catch on. Similar "codes" for other large regions w/o localized boards.  Regulars on each local board would contribute to the consensus header paragraph.

Good luck trying to train people to follow that. And I'll repeat what I just said below. Is it really so difficult to just go on the Florida ad board and search "Naples?

Yeah, your point (use the existing Search function) is absolutely valid but ...

- I didn't see your post until after mine was already up.

- I notice that many subject lines on the FL Ad Board already do have easy to find city info so many Providers already know how helpful such info is.

- Adding a reminder or note or helpful hint to every ad board header couldn't hurt, could it? It would mostly be for new and touring Providers who think of a board as one location and not as the sub-regions that most of them are (even NY! Manhattan + Brooklyn + Albany + Buffalo + all the rest).

Florida, Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville. It didn't work out.

It really isn't that hard to search for "Naples" or "Tampa" in the Florida ad board.

Maybe if the providers posting ads would post the city in the subject line it might be easier for the internet challenged.

Actually, very good pt. I usually orefer an economy of words, but the board is  is not set up to afford me that.

If you look they have 2x the volume of posts as San Diego with only 311 ad pages while Florida has 667.

If TER wanted to make the ad area for Florida at least split into three sections (North, Central & South) I'm sure people would figure out where to post and put their city in the ad as well but keep one Florida discussion forum.
