Another record for Pujols.
Albert Pujols broke another record last night. When he hit his 371st home run, he broke the record for home runs in the first 10 seasons of a career. The old mark of 370 had been held by Eddie Matthews of the Boston/Milwaukee Braves. Not bad considering that the season still has over 150 games to go.
All the best for Albert Pujols. He is the classiest guy in all of sports. There aren't many role models out there for kids anymore but he fits the bill perfectly.
Perhaps he can teach his hitting coach a few things.

I'm a die-hard Phillies fan and love Chase Utley and Ryan Howard. But for my money Pujols is the best player in baseball, and has been for awhile. His offensive production is astounding.
However, I still think the Phils are the better overall team and look for them to get back to the WS again.
But to you St. Louis fans, enjoy Pujols while you can because he is a very special player.
