The Raiders are getting better, but the problem is that the really need a new place to play football that is built for football and not baseball. Oakland is willing to let the Raiders walk because it is not worth taxpayers money to build a new stadium for them and the city is still paying off the debt from getting the Raiders to move back to Oakland from LA. The NFL does not want the Raiders in LA period because of how LA gangs are in love with the raiders logo. Mark Davis is only putting up 200 million of his own money and the rest will be a 300 million loan from the nfl. There is still the relocation fee to consider as well. Davis is one of the less welll off owners and can't fund the building of his own stadium like the LA Rams owner.
