Lots of tech businesses in the area and high density of workers downtown. Very ethnically diverse. Hotels can be tricky as conventions and conferences can limit availability and put rates out of reach at the better ones. Also, it's only 15 minutes from downtown Seattle to downtown Bellevue (outside of commute times) so if someone really wants to meet you, it shouldn't matter if you're on one side of the lake or the other.

If you want an honest opinion from a local provider, please email me. I've been in Bellevue for several years and feel I know the market better than a hobbyist.

Hey there! I was thinking of hosting in the Bellevue area and I was wondering if there were any places I should stay away from?
Thanks!
Ashton

I have bee in Bellevue for a while now and I meet nothing but respectable and generous gentlemen there. Outside of the gentlemen parking is easy, lesser traffic than Seattle. Bellevue is simply easier to get in and out of.
