It seems that the advertiser has either:

1/ Accidentally, put in one of her other aliases on the ad; or

2/ Used cut and paste.  In which case she forgot to make appropriate edits.

I echo your sentiments Riker.  Smells fishy ...  Of late, there are increasing number of deceptive ads.
