I took a chance and was insulted and humiliated by an agency and provider that profess, "We guarantee that you will experience a first class and professional service at all times.", on the agency's wesite. Blah, blah, blah!

In my intro comm with a new lady, I always include my age to ensure no misunderstandings on that issue. Fine with me if she has an age cutoff, as I just move on. Better to have it out there up front rather than having a bad experience as you did.
The agency/booker had my age via the P411 request and all communication prior to the date was through the agency. It appears the issue had not been discussed with the provider. C'est la vie.

Scrolled down to the 11/16 ad by matchlessbc you would have been able to find the info For the agency and seen the link to Victoria'S TER profile. Easy Peasy.
That's way too much work. If I can't find it immediately, I move on. It's almost 2017; they should be searchable. But knowing that's their username and not the name of the agency helps a little.
That sh@t needs to be stated in the ad, not hidden in a friggin' proflie. Time waster. Up front babe, dont screw with my time or patience...

The best thing we can do as a community when bad situations like this happen is let as many of us know as possible, to include her name and agency (if she uses one). That is essentially the whole point of this website, right?
Now, everybody should be aware to avoid this time wasting agency and especially this discriminating provider.
For the benefit of those of us a bit younger, did you have the presence of mind to obtain what her age cutoff limit is?
And it was not approved as, "The Erotic Review is for reviews of a sexual nature. We do not consider your review as a review of a sexual nature as no sex act were exchanged between you and the provider."
I haven't figured out an angle to overcome this objection. Anybody with ideas?
So by their own rules you should be able to submit one (especially since they approved a review where no meeting took place but the guy wasn't refunded the deposit siting it was useful information for users). I'll try to find the review and PM you to try to get a review approval for this awful behavior.
If a guy can write a review where nothing happened (i.e. a rip-off or bait/switch) then you certainly should be able to submit and be approved for this type of behavior. You essentially waste your time and efforts to be insulted and degraded. The review SHOULD stand but sometimes TER had "relationships" with some users so they can manipulate their system... We've seen it: an honest review goes up then POOF gone the next day.

I considered the issues of TGTBT and trafficking.
I didn't expect Victoria to look like she does in the agency's photos. I can think of only one provider who used to "show it all", face-torso-pussy-ass, and looked exactly like her photos, Keiki. Other ladies come close but conceal to some extent various features. Considering that Victoria in the flesh was not as attractive as on the agency web page, with her listed services, and the number of clients she would see in a day, not "low volume", I thought $300/hour was an appropriate cost of service.
Trafficking? That's a possibility after all LA is replete with eastern Europeans who don't speak much English, trafficked?, and I've been burned there, see my review of Alice. Nevertheless, I acted impulsively after Victoria's ad went up on TER and was 'set up like a bowling pin'. Mea culpa.
I know, I would have been. It's much better than spend time and money with someone who is disgusted or repulsed by you. Now you can go and spend 300 on someone who will enjoy your company.
No act performed, just a cash grab. I assume TER will clarify that it's different as you were only out time and not cash.

I am perfectly OK with providers who list "No fatties" or "No old men" in their ads. I understand it. I am a compulsive overeater and morbidly obese. I am also over 65.
Who wants someone like me whom looks like a elderly human-walrus chimera trying to hump them in doggy with a big roll of fat sitting on their butt? Or - God-forbid - having a geriatric obese monster want to screw in missionary and all the time having to worry that I'm going to have a heart attack and collapse on them, pinning them to the bed.

With your outstanding measurements I would think the worry would be they would smother.
