Depends on how much you want to pay.

San Diego has several options.  Downtown has the Hard Rock Hotel where you can party, like a rock star.  If your interested in the best duos ever I am am available with my identical twin Goddess Jezebel for double the fun!

Hotel La Jolla used to have them, but they don't address that in their web site anymore. I haven't been there for a few years, but it was a great deal to be looking out to waters of La Jolla white soaking in the hot tub,

(Hyatt, Hilton, Marriot, Ritz Carlton, etc.)  often have Jacuzzi suites with a large Jacuzzi tub and separate stall shower.  Some are big enough for two people, but the tub and the shower.  When you're doing online booking, these don't usually show up on the website, but you can find out by calling the front desk of the individual hotel, not the central reservation number, and sometimes negotiate an upgrade at a modest fee, or by using reward programs, especially on a last-minute booking.
