There's a discussion board dedicated to suggestions and requests regarding TER.
Instead of posting these ideas here on the local board, post them on the suggestion board.
This serves a couple purposes:
First-Staff reviews that board regularly, whereas the SD board is visitied by Staff when I point something out or there's a problem reported.
Second-You can get feedback from others nationally about their ideas as well.

Actually, without the "no-show" threads held on this board, I don't think anyone would have thought to post it on the suggestions/policy board.
As far as I can tell, each of the posters thought that their's was a unique situation, especially since the providers in question all had good to excellent reviews with no indication of a "no-show" problem.
With their good reviews on TER, possibly these providers have more business than they know what to do with. If such is the case, then prospective clients become like buses. There's always another one just down the road.
