I have a cousin and a few friends that live not too far from the tubs.  The tubs have no plans to go anywhere anytime soon.  The tubs is a jacuzzi/spa facility that rents rooms hourly, and the vip has a sauna and steam room too.  It is simple and plain.  The staff is friendly and the place is clean, however if you want drinks or anything other than a towel then you'd better bring it with you.  There has been alot of police activity as of lately at the business next door to the tubs.  It was even featured on the news this past week.  The big screen t.v. store that is supposed to do repairs for televisions kept all the merchandise coming in for repairs and would not give any of them back to the owners.  Over a hundred t.v.'s and appliances were recovered in a raid there.  So, although there is no link between police and the tubs, however there is still alot of activity with an investigation that is ongoing with their neighbor... Just FYI.
