Way back in college and I mean way back I thought "Around the world" meant a bj followed by fs. Pretty simple stuff. We also called it "fucked and sucked." We were naive.
It seems to have expanded its definition. The always indispensable Urban Dictionary says it is now bj, fs and greek. And one poster even posited that true around the world means all three holes but coming back to the beginning. That sounds like the complete journey. I need to work on my repertoire.UD is a great resource for slang, but when you're talking about intricate sexual acts it's mostly comedy.
That said, I don't think I've heard the term "around the world" since I was like 12 and talking about sexy stuff was too much for our childish minds to easily bare without giggling uncontrollably.
You started in London and then headed East in a journey around the world beginning with a hot air balloon.

So for my summer vacation I traveled a more extensive version Around the World. Did it earlier this week with San Diego's current Belle de Jour.
Started with a mouth swab with fiv and fia, continued on to Russia (new balloon stop), flipped her over and switched to doggy with some anal preparation assisted with varying sized toys, with plenty of silicon lube entered into the harbor of Mykonos, and then completed the journey back to her mouth. Take that off my bucket list.
take HER off your list. You might want to take that journey again with a different "cruise director."
