Hello Ladies and Gents,
I'm a provider from Raleigh, NC.  I'm very low volume as I also have a full time consulting job. I don't "tour".  However, when I travel for my work I will post an ad in hopes of meeting a few awesome people.
It looks like I will be coming to San Diego in late July partly for work and partly for fun.  I have a question and I surely don't mean to be offensive.. is the activity on this board indicative of how active the hobby scene is in San Diego? I can't say a Raleigh board would be much better, but we don't have a specific one for our city. I'm just curious.
I would very much appreciate any tips or suggestions for the city and/or where to stay.
Hugs!
Jenna

Hello Jenna
This board has been dormant for a while we had some rude posts here for sometime...everyone(most) have been silent.
The hobby scene in San Diego, is thriving, this board...not so much lately. San Diego is GREAT, come & enjoy!
I would suggest the Mission Valley area, because it's more of a central area of the city, however La Jolla is very nice and upscale. Downtown is not so convenient for the guys in San Diego. Parking, Traffic, too busy for a lot. I will not travel DT for a provider, too much hassle. Jenna, you are the type I like keep in touch as to your arrival. Would love to spend some time with you.....Teddy

As a Native San Diegian, I can attest to the fact that most of us long-time San Diego residents are super laidback.
I mean, it's a lot like the fan bases for the local sports scene. San Diegians, for the most part, are just too mellow to get all that involved.
Sadly, only us who are truly devoted cheer (or get involved)...

Nice! A native. I'm also a native to my hometown of Raleigh, NC. Sometimes I meet people who have been here a few years and never met a local! Thanks for the reply.
