Classic Version

Anyone who knows me knows I'm not a fan of change so I definitely prefer the classic version as well.

I totally miss the classic version of TER! I'm still getting used to the beta version. I miss how the threads on the discussion board aren't ranked by when they were posted but by which was last active. Sigh, who's with me?

I'll always be on TER at least until I retire, but I miss the old site for it's functionality. Call me old fashioned but I'm still not used to the beta!

Not only the prior version had ease and functionality,
however, whereupon posting, the parsing was normal.

With them being all crunched together, the posts are
daunting which isn't appealing.

This "revised" version looks like other forums. It's rather bland and boring.

I liked the simplicity and accessibility of the previous version.

I stayed with the classic version for as long as it was available.  And way before that I liked the original TER structure even more.  BUT I think the newest version is much easier to use on a smart phone and suppose that was the reason for the conversion. I'm getting used to the laptop presentation. I go back and forth between flat and tree organization.  I guess the thing to say is that the late lamented vBulletin based competitor was much better in every way.

But now im so used to this. Its easier to navigate and so much easier to write a review. I like that its more mobile friendly and everything else. And threads are viewed by what is active. Like this comment will bump your thread to the top again.

I do like the new review submission form. But I want the old theme and layout back.
