What are some tips to have a provider return PM /Email? Sent a a few pm/ emails to a lady that I found her review are what I’m looking for. But never heard back. Do not want to be that guy that sends to many PM or emails.

Thanks

Not much info to go on based on your OP, but here goes anyway.

If all you said was "her review are what I’m looking for" you're already THAT guy. If you want to chit chat, go to a coffee shop. If you want to meet a provider, suggest a date, time, and location (along with anything else she requires on introduction.

Beyond that, be sure to review her website or ad to verify the proper way to contact. Some want their online booking form, some text, some PM, some email. They don't all check all these all the time. If you feel compelled to reach out by more than one method at a time, make sure she knows that, for instance, you sent an email, but texted also, saying hey provider x, I just sent you an introductory email from [email protected]

You "haven't heard back"? How long has it been? If I'm right about my first issue that she thought it was chit-chat, you may never get a response. If you actually made more of a serious inquiry, give her at least 48 hours. If you're getting blue balls waiting, pick someone else. It's still a free country. If she eventually responds, Pick another date that works for both of you. If none of those things happen, wait a week or two and try once more.

If I am very interested in seeing a provider and on a specific date, I'll also request that she respond by a specific time, otherwise I'll assume she's not available. that way, I'm not up at 3AM wondering why she hasn't gotten back to me yet.

She sounds very busy, but I bet if you send her a gift card $10 starbucks, or $25 to VS it will get her attention.  I have had small tokens of appreciation sent to my email & it always brings a smile to my face.  Try it!

If not leave it alone.  She is occupied.  I return all email inquiries within 48 hours.  I try to be respond within 24 hours, but life happens.

For me it works best with text and not at all to PM and I say that in my ads, but I still get PM. Not sure why??

There was some really good advice in previous posts. I wish people would read up a little before they contact us. It really is about common sense. Be brief and direct and we will be able to set up an appointment. We get so much information that it is overwhelming.

We might look busy, but we might just be drowning in emails.
