After reading a post from lonewolf69, I attached the link below, I felt compelled to come forward about this unfortunate situation. I can't believe that a "don't give a shit" attitude ever came from them as they do give a shit more than you want to believe. I have been posting on TER for about 4 years and have written some 30 reviews so please trust me on this one. I have had my share of bad experiences in the hobby and for the most part mutual ground was reached with what ever agency I had a problem with so I have to believe that the "Bella Donna" will take care of this.
I have been dealing with the "Bella Donna" since they opened and will be the first one to admit that they screwed up more often than not in the beginning. Like any good service providing company they quickly oiled the squeaks and have established themselves as one of the top 3 solid agencies in Boston. Their girls are smokin hot and blow away the GFE guidelines. If you want a porn star, like Kiki, Nikki and others at an unbelievable rate the Bella Donna has them.
The girls of this agency are some of the sexiest and sweetest in Boston. I am shocked that this happened and I do feel bad for lonewolf69 but shit happens. People are people and mistakes are made. My recommendation would have been take your own advice, sit tight and wait for their explanation on what happened. I can almost guarantee they would have made good, very good on the problem. These folks appreciate their clients and the repeat business so I know it would have been worked out.
I do feel bad that you got shut out because that is a bummer but I am surprised that "Bella Donna" never got back to you, if they have not, because again they are one of the most reliable in Boston with girls scoring 9's and 10' across the board. Truly.

This agency is being maligned for reasons that are too subtle for most people to grasp. Enough said.
I just want to say thank yu for your support of belladonna. I don't only work with them, I consider d a personal friend. Like any young company, they have made mistakes and not without some cost. There are many factors in this business and they try to handle problems as best they know how. Everyone makes mistakes be they porovider, phone girl or agency owner. We as consumers can only hope each party learns their lessons.
Bella Donna should respond to lonewolf69 and also post a reply to the thread he started. Time is money. He put out a good deal of time and they didn't come through...nor did they communicate with the Client.
If Belladonna has a response, they should post immediately. Otherwise, we should take lonewolf69's experience into account when booking through them.
Personally, until Belladonna responds on this board, I would not be inclined to book through them.
It's simply a matter of good business.
I dont know what is going on with this agency. They have yet to reply to Lonewolf69's post. This is the same agency who is a frequent poster on this board yet when someone has a complaint about them they remain quiet. I am sure there gonna come up with some lame excuse(probably something due to the holidays or the girl being sick etc...). And the longer there quiet on the subject the more have time they have to mull over what excuse there gonna use this time!!!
Didnt Kiki blow someone off a couple of weeks ago? And the agency's respone was basically "Tough luck"?
Makes me think twice about using them.

While I agree it's nice to hear an explaination from a girl or an agency when a hobbyist is stood up, you're post is an example of why more of them don't bother. You want a reply, but you've already judged them before they do.

It's a no-win situation... if they don't reply, they get flamed, if they do, they get accused of making excuses. There are always those who feel that there is no legitimate excuse for a girl missing an appointment, while it doesn't seem to bother anyone that hobbyists do it to them all of the time.
Often a reply just keeps the issue alive on the board which certainly isn't in the girl's or the agency's best interest... so many of them feel that it's better to take the hit and just let it die.
Eddie if you would bother to look at lonewolfs original post you will see that I was the first to respond to him and I said ("in all fairness we should wait for Bella Donna and Nikki to respond befor passing judgment")and I meant that,but it took two days to get a response from Nikki and we are still waiting to hear from BD and the longer they make us wait, the less credible their explanation will be.

I know D from belladonna he is an upstanding guy but he has a business and has responsabilities to his customers and he should respond. I am sorry D but an explanation is warrented
