Like you said, to be fair those ladies have a few more reviews, but I think it's safe to say Ava is there and She's there to stay...I don't see her dropping to far from the top and no way out of the top ten.
I do feel bad that Sara Jay has fallen out of the top ten, She's such an incredible woman, but I guess someone has exit for a new one to enter and it doesn't mean she's any less of a true PSE. She'll always be in my top ten

Definitely Ms. Zen. I have seen some of the others, and it's not even close.
I have seen Sara Jay three times and she is incredible, Of the others I would pick Shay Sights...a number of good reviews and she is HOT! Lezley also looks good, as does Renee...Huh, tough one.

I have seen Sara Jay and Shay Sights. Sara Jay hands down. Shay was too into her self to make it a great experience. (plus up close she has some Michael Jackson-esc plastic surgery issues that really bugged me out....) Sara Jay loves what she does and is not a clock watcher...
I've seen Renee, Shay, & Lezley....If your only seeing one, definitely Lezley....I've praised Lezley several times on this board, as have others, she's a great choice....
