I think that is an "old" pic.   If you go on her twitter site, there appears to be some recent pictures, which show a much slimmer Carmella.  I can't prove it but I am almost certain she has shed most of her pregnancy weight gain.

Lol are you kidding? That was such an extreme look when I first saw those pics In though they were Photoshopped.

Thankfully she appears to have lost most of it.
