Shows that Republicans lied (what else is new) about protections for people with pre-existing conditions.  It simply doesn't and doesn't even try to hide that fact.

Only 23 million people (as opposed to 24 million under the March bill) will lose coverage in the next 10 years.  But that will only cost $218,000 per person saved,

14 Million people lose coverage next year.

Allows states to waive requirements for essential health benefits - pregnancy and maternity care, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, etc.

Destabilizes markets in areas traditionally avoided by carriers, like farm and rural areas, making it impossible to get health coverage for the vast majority of Trumps base.  Talk about fucking your constituents over.

Allows employers to use rules from other states that may have waived EHBs - so if you are employed in a state that requires them, your employer can use the rules from a state that does not.  So much for the 10th amendment guaranteeing states rights.  Wasn't that a cornerstone GOP plank?

Reduces Medicaid funding so state and local programs for the poor (like Medi-cal) will also be defunded.  Who likes poor people anyway?

All in all the bill is only slightly less draconian than the prior version.  It will still reduce the deficit, but only by about half of what the prior bill did.  McConnell said it's DOA in the Senate as it would be unlikely to get 50 votes.

The push to amend the ACA instead of repealing it is looking pretty good about now.  

But the best part?  Trump loses yet again!
