Another promise broken.
If you think that is why I voted for Trump your are wrong. The major reasons were 1) He wasn't Hillary and 2) He would not appoint wacko left wing justices to the Supreme Court. That being said I do think we need to get some control of the border, but that does not necessarily mean throwing a lot of people already here out if they are not misbehaving.
I did not vote for either Trump or Clinton in the last election. My conscience would not allow me to support either candidate.
But, in talking to people I know who did vote for Trump, almost all of them reiterated what Duane said above. They voted for Trump because he was NOT Hillary. And many of these people are independents or longtime Democrats that were just fed up with the Clintons and all of Hillary's baggage.
I find it hilarious that you anti-Trump posters on this board think that every Republican or conservative is a Trump lover.
But every time he adds to his list of promises broken and things simply not done, he's going to piss off more and more people. And the beat goes on. Last night, after making a decent statement in the wake of the VA shootings, he went on another Twitter rant, this time against his own Deputy AG filled with mis-statements. It was just embarrassing. He has pissed away nearly all the good will he started with, even in his own party.
Here's the latest re his new rant. He is unhinged.

"Who'da thunk HealthCare would be so hard." Now that he's POTUS he actually has to make decisions, NOT meaningless lying campaign promises. The good-news:
1- he's checked-n-balanced by Congress
2- he actually has done a couple things right - by fucking accident I'm sure
