Hillbilly Texas sheriff wipes his ass with the First Amendment...

...A pickup truck had a sign in the back window that read:  "Fuck Trump and fuck you for voting for him"

The owner of the truck said she had the sign in the truck for 11 months.  The sheriff posted a photo of the truck on his Facebook page and claimed he and the prosecutor agreed that they would allow the truck owner to plead guilty to a charge of Disorderly Conduct.  Later, the prosecutor said the sheriff never consulted him about the Facebook post.  The prosecutor also said the sheriff was a lying sack of shit because the profane sign was not a crime.

The sheriff was blasted on social media, including by many Trump supporters, for threatening the truck owner's Constitutional rights.  Like the gutless coward he is, the sheriff didn't stick to his guns (but he'll still use them to kill innocent black people), and pulled his post.  Then he pulled his pud.

...arrested you for possessing and using that TP.  It would be government infringing on your First Amendment rights.  But you dumbass righties don't know anything about Constitutional rights except for the Second Amendment.  Now go stroke your gun barrel with one hand and your dick with the other.  It's the only way you gun nuts can get off.

I haven't had time to check out their sources to determine whether they lied or not.
   
The problem with most Fake News, sometimes they lie sometimes they don't, sometimes they twist the truth to make it seem real to anyone not paying attention.  

Reminds me of the time a Hooker I booked said she came nine  times in our hour.    

  I told her she didn't fool me, I kept track of every time, she only came six  times in that hour and that was counting the extra ten minutes she gave me because she didn't want me to stop.  :-D

I say F you fat ugly C with a nasty jailhouse tatt on your arm.  

What If she drove her truck off into some trees and got hurt real bad . Then when the EMS , Trump voters , pull up and see her bleeding out and read her sticker maybe they would decide to  take  a smoke break before trying to stop the bleeding .  

The " HillBilly " Sheriff did her a favor and saved her life in the future .  

He should get an award
