Do you prefer law abiding citizen gun owners carry open or concealed?

Do you prefer law abiding citizens carrying  weapons for self defense to  conceal or openly carry their protection?

Law abiding citizens  carrying their gun in the open doesn't worry me in the least but I understand open carry could  give a number of   Grannies or guys with no Granny moxie, a cause for alarm.  

  If you wear your weapon  in the open there's a better chance a criminal might  steal it.  
If you wear your  weapon  in the open there's a better chance it could fall from your holster.  
If you wear your weapon in the open, in rain, sleet or snow you will have more gun maintenance.  

On the other hand, IMO, some Gals openly carrying her weapons can be very sexy.    

Your thoughts for or  against legal conceal carry in every State.

And I am not sure of the answer.  I'm legally licensed to carry a concealed weapon in more than 30 states.  As for open carry, it would make me uncomfortable to be in the presence of someone with an AR-15 slung over his shoulder.  That said, I suppose it also might make a gunman or terrorist uncomfortable as well, which would be a good thing.
The only thing in your post with which I disagree is the second question: there is just no way a pistol is going to simply fall out of a good holster.
I am in favor of the passage of the House bill granting reciprocity in all states for a licensed pistol holder in any one state. The gun laws we have now barely work anyway.  But if I want to carry my pistol from New York into PA by way of NJ I am subject to arrest in NJ, which sucks.  Would I actually do it if it were legal?  Who knows.  But I'd like to know I could.

I completely agree that a pistol is not going to simply "fall out" of a holster, nor is "open carry" going to cause higher maintenance for anyone smart enough to come in out of the rain. lol

 
As for "open carry" I have mixed emotions on the subject.  

 
I think it would work a lot better in somewhere like rural Texas than it would in South Side Chicago or East LA where I would have serious reservations about a bunch of gang bangers openly carrying weapons, not that the murder rate in such places as Chicago can get a lot higher than they already are of course.

Since you've  shown your cards as a terrorist  sympathizer while inquiring if  a photo of a Palestinian terrorist  turns me on, I'll answer your question.  
Nope, not at all, not even in her best days.         IMO  she looks like Klinger in his prime.
Other than that,  nothing concerning  a Palestinian terrorist is appealing  from my perspective.  
 
You should  be very  careful when booking while drunk since you're the type of guy easily fooled by ancient  photos.
 Who knows if she'll be another 10 for you, perhaps she'll earn  your score by swallowing you on a  hunger strike.

What is the difference between Muslims and red necks with assault weapons?    They both kill and one is foreign and one is domestic.    End result:  Innocent people end up dead.
