Please do. Exactly how and why is the republican party trying to suppress the hispanic vote? The dems want illegals to vote? Oh yeah, they already are voting for the democrat party, aren't they......ILLEGALLY.

A decision is expected in June. This can't come at a worse time for Mitt.

The Supreme Court takes up the hot-button immigration issue this week in a case from Arizona that - depending on how the justices decide it - could be a bellwether of the Latino vote in November.

Politically, the Supreme Court's Arizona ruling - no matter which way it goes - is more likely to benefit Obama than his presumed GOP challenger, Romney.

Why should customs or police in Belgrade , Beijing, or Mexico city ,be legally entitled to ask for my ID, if I desire to live and work there without asking for permission ?

So you want our state/county/city police handling immigration issues? I would think our local police are up to their eyeballs with other more important issues such as drugs, crime, murders etc.

Isn't this why we have U.S Immigration border controls. The individual states should not be in the business of enforcing immigration issues, it's a FEDERAL issue. The only reason the Republicans are pushing this is to try and suppress the Hispanic vote.

No , I want to be able to enter any country I choose to visit , live, or work , without customs asking for my passport or LE questioning me . Why shouldn't the entire  World be a free for all ?
I am not a criminal , why should Berlin Customs or their LE have a right to question me ?  Where is the United Nations when they are needed ?
In simple English , disregarding politics , do you disagree , or will it help  Usted si hablo en espanol ?

The decisions coming down are a nightmare alright, but for Obama.

The majority of Americans and more importantly undecided voters feel the government is not doing enough about illegal immigration and this will throw that issue back into the spotlight. No matter the ruling, the majority will once again be reminded of Obamas failure on the border, and on its coat tails since we are talking about Mexico, fast and furious will also be brought back to life.

In addition, and this really shows your ignorance, the fact that you failed to mention the ruling on healthcare is due out then. It is a real killer for Obama, no matter the ruling. It will bring back to the forefront the manner in which this was pushed through and the disdain for this legislation.

Missing so many obvious facts, are you sure you are on the right board? Should you be on the sports board or something?

The math is simple for Obama, if he takes a size-able majority of the Hispanic vote plus 50+ percent of Independents, he wins PERIOD!

For the next six month's Obama will rule by Executive fiat against a "do nothing" congress!

Time will tell.  I just do not believe you can take the Hispanic vote for granted, and I also do not think Obama will get 50% of the undecided vote.

Also, bypassing congress in an election ear is really a stupid move. Anyone knows that in an election year you stay middle of the road and avoid controversial moves. Personally, I think he realizes there is a good probability he could lose which is why he is trying to do everything he can now through the executive branch.
