They are complaining it's being created in secret by 13 Republicans and the other 87 Senators aren't being allowed to know what's in it.

Isn't this a bit ironic, considering when the last major health care bill was put up for a vote we were told "we have to pass it to be able to read it"

The problem for the GOP is that if they pass a bill as bad as Obamacare, they won't be able to delay it's implementation for several years in order to hide from the American people just how bad it was. Rightly or wrongly, Republicans are going to own whatever it is they pass, and they will own it in time for the 2018 midterms good or bad, which most likely will be good news for the Dems. Oops, I bet we probably agree again. Sorry. lol
