who---- not Romney who takes so smuch shit from so-called progressives...nope this time, it is the self-proclaimed King....the "o" now supports gay marriage...check back for the last 3 or 4 years for his statements....how do you 'o' disciples reconcile this one????
just like Obama did on gay marriage
I can't wait to her a Mormon's opinion on marriage. Plural or otherwise, it just so ironic.
boy-willy and his lover pri-boy. Now they can get married with the support of their president, well president until Jan. 2013.
I guess the reason pri-boy is away is so he can put all his effort into planning the boy-willy, pri-boy wedding, (which no doubt will be the GAYla event) and honeymoon. I'm sure where ever they go boy-willy and pri-boy will have a gay ole time.
....Obama has always said his opinion on the issue was "evolving". For the record, that's a bullshit political copout to say "Yes, I support gay marriage, but I'm too chickenshit to say it."
I would love to see the GOP try to run on this as a flip-flop issue. It would be hilarious.

Fifty percent of Americans believe same-sex marriages should be recognized by law as valid, with the same rights as traditional marriages -- down slightly from 53% last year, but marking only the second time in Gallup's history of tracking this question that at least half of Americans have supported legal same-sex marriage. Forty-eight percent say such marriages should not be legal.
Also, I heard that the Dem party is gonna make that issue a plank at their convention in Charlotte so his hand was forced.

Even before he was in the Illinois Senate, he is on record supporting it. So it's not really a flip flop, or an evolution. It's just him finding his spine. Given that 53% of the public now support gay marriage, I doubt he even found a vertebrae.
...Obama's pretty spineless.
I wouldn't wager that the support for gay marriage has actually gone down. It's most likely just a variation in the poll sampling.
Just look at the long term trajectory on the issue. By the end of the decade, saying you're against gays having the right to marry will not be something you can say in polite company.
"obama has always said his opinion on the issuewas "evolving" "
Is that his way of trying to lie his way out of it ?
How about when , in an interview with Rick Warren. obama told the world that he as a Christian that he believed that marriage is between a man and a woman and God is in the mix.
