I was recently in San Ramon the most affluent and growing community in CA. Median house prices are $2 million base! Guess what? 90% of the homeowners are Asian Indians and Orientals technocrats working in SF and Silicon Valley or in start ups. Most of the head of households, male is either from Stanford or MIT or IIT in India. Average median income $250k plus I could not spot a single white family in about grand new 15 housing developments. I visited the schools, yes 90% Asian Indians and Orientals. . I also saw couple of communities, less affluent smaller houses and mostly whites. Most of them work in banks, stores, restaurants and other service oriented businesses. Went to a few soccer fields, mostly Asian Indian kids and few white kids but plenty of hot white soccer moms!
Absent Latinos (except cleaning ladies!) and AAs.

Sorry guys, the place I mentioned are actually the towns of Danville and Dublin and they happen to be in San Ramon Valley. It is not San Ramon as a township or something like that. Danville is all white and Dublin is the town I was referring to which is mixed.
