What do we know?  We know someone released emails which are supposed to be from DNC server and Podestra email account.   I think some of these have been said to be fakes.
We have been told, and I think this has been established as fact for at least some of the events, that some folks such as Flynn and Sessions (and others maybe) had a few meetings or contacts with Russians they did not disclose.
Beyond that I am not sure what we "know".
We have been told that 17 agencies or whatever agree it was "with high certainty" the Russians who did the hacking, of course we have also been told that not one of them actually had their hands on the server to do their own investigation.  The investigation was done by a firm of the DNC's choosing.
We have been told that the Russians attempted to hack into numerous states vote tallying computers (or whatever the correct description is).
We have also been told that the Russian threat has been a known factor for years, although perhaps they recently got more aggressive.
Call me cynical, but just because we are told something does not establish it as "known".  Jack will laugh, but I give you the Patriots deflated footballs as an example, where a lot of folks think they know the balls were deflated, yet there are no pressure readings which actually support that with certainty, despite the league's repeated lies on the subject.
