I "almost" have sympathy for perpetual sad & angry  left wingers who honestly believe President Trump will be impeached.  :-D

In  defense  of gullible, easily duped snowflakes , Fake news channels most often prescribed to lefties are dispensing  false hopes for impeachment  like candy .

I prefer the outcome the left must learn to deal with or they can continue to amuse the rational half of our country with their perpetual whining.

 1. President Trump will remain in office for at least his first term.   No doubt!
The Democrat Party  will lose again in 2018.

This is mainly for Trump haters but obviously anyone can play.  Of the following two outcomes, which do you prefer?
 1) Trump remains in office for at least his first term.
 2) Trump is impeached, convicted, resigns or the 25th Amendment is invoked and Pence becomes President.
At first blush, I think Option 1) may be the better one because Trump is so divisive and incompetent it's becoming increasingly unlikely he'll be able to implement much of his agenda.  But if he was forced out and Pence became President many would say it would be important for the country to rally around him for stability's sake.  As a result, he might be able to get Congress to pass much of Trump's wish list and lot of his own, including his Thumper agenda.  And that would be worse.
But here's the wild card:  Trump is much more likely to blunder us into a war than Pence would be (or get us into one as a distraction), so that militates in favor of Pence.  That's where I come out.  It's a truly lousy outcome either way if you're a Dem.
I blame all the purists who voted for Johnson or Stein or just sat on their hands and gave us the lousy choices above.

No, actually Obama was just a pathetic racist pussy. No one in the world was scared of his blah blah blah. Him and his can of red spray paint drawing lines in the sand.

and Hillary......yeah, pay to play, probably would have installed a bank drop box in the back of the White house for contributions to........her retirement fund and to keep ugly Chelsea in a good cash flow situation.

...For once I agree with some of what quad posted, but the best opportunity for the Dems. to take back the Presidency in 2020 is for Donnie to fill out his term. Let's hope we are not speaking Russian by then.
