This is incredible bullshit.  She is clearly giving him a low five in response to his gesture.  I'm sure Trumpy wanted to do a high five and little 5 year old touchdown dance, but he showed some decorum for once.  

 Progressives aren't looking too smart or even remotely sane by trying to paint this as something sinister between Trump and his wife.  Quite frankly I'm embarrassed for my side of the aisle even making a point of this.
