According to the racialist Lefty's among us...

...a cop MUST be found guilty of a crime when the deceased is black for African-Americans to get justice in the U.S. The actual facts in any specific case are meaningless to them.

The jury in this case, who was actually presented with the evidence in full and in person, which also allowed them to judge all the relevant witnesses with regards to their credibility, came back with a unanimous acquittal for this officer in a case where many in the lib media, and some here, deemed him guilty from jump street.

The jury was 10 whites and 2 blacks. The initial jury poll was 10-2, in favor of acquittal. The two African-Americans were NOT the two who initially voted for a guilty verdict.

And here is what the PROSECUTOR said about the cop:

"I don't doubt that Officer Yanez is a decent person, but he made a horrible mistake from our perspective, and that's what this case was about. I know that if he could, he would take back what he did, and we all wish, and he would too, that this never happened," Choi said.

Does that really sound like he is describing a black hating, murderous cop to you?

I know this will fall on deaf ears to some here, but how about we just wait till all the facts are in before we start yelling "murderer" and "racist."

Is that really too much to ask in a society that states we are all innocent until proven guilty?

And you have the nerve to criticize my writing?  Moronic at best, but thats just you.

"Philando Castile did nothing that justified the taking of his life."

A District Attorney doesn't prosecute a murderous cop for a "mistake."  The D.A. represents "the people" and their job is to seek justice.  It's a difficult decision for them to prosecute cops because they work hand in hand (when they're not sucking each other off) with the cops.

Nothing to see here, folks.  Move along.

The justice system just favors itself.

...extremely difficult to prosecute but it had to be done, the testimony  officer Yanez shot in fear for his life may have been a fact, but were his fears justified?  If Philando Castile were a white man would officer Yanez still have fired seven 45 caliber rounds into the car? Most of what happened to Mr. Castile I believe was a horrible misjudgment on the part of officer Yanez & should require some sort of legal ramifications for him, but 12 citizens have done their duty & from here-on the best effort is to do what we can to not have this kind of horrible event happen ever again.
