Jan 24th Acting AG (yates) Calls for EMERGENCY meeting regarding Flyn being questioned.
Jan. 28th Yates is fired.
Two weeks later, Flyn is gone.
March 20th, The next week Comey informs congress that the “Trump Campaign” is under an active “counter intelligence” investigation.
March 28th they are due to hear from fired AG, Yates. But that was canceled because she was fired. Nunez canceled it with no explanation. (She still could have testified and eventually did.). And got himself thrown off the investigation because of an exchange of documents with the Whitehouse.
He is now under investigation by the house ethics committee
Also the house oversight committee is investigating specifically payments made to Flyn,
The inspector general also began an investigation.
The Whitehouse then REFUESED to turn over any documents regarding Flynn. Democrats Asked Ceffetz to subpoena the documents,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, So he quit. Lol Left his post, left Washington ,,,, pooof. Gone.
Finally a few days ago Yates DID get to testify, which is where we learned about that emergency meeting on the 24th of Jan.
Yates was asked at the hearing “over the spring of 2016, MULTIPLE European Allies, passed additional information about contacts between the Trump campaign and Russia, Is this accurate?>
Yates said “I can’t answer that”. (Classified).
Then James Clapper was asked the same question and said, “Yes it is (accurate) but it’s quite sensitive”
He was then asked if Trump business with Russia poses a problem. He said he could not answer that because of an investigation.
The next day the senate intelligence committee announced that they have sent a request to the TREASURY department financial crimes unit, for information they may have About Trump. This is the branch that investigates international money laundering. (Remember Preet Berrara? The guy who was investigating Russian money laundering and nailed Deutche Bank and got fired by Trump?
Meanwhile, Trump fires Comey saying it was at the direction of the AG Jeff sessions. But Sessions is recused from anything to do with Trump/Russia or Hillary Clinton campaign. So how can he suggest firing Comey over the Hillary thing? But then latter today, trump walked that back and said it was HIS decision to fire Comey.
