In his attempt to fake somberness he came across like he just shot up some good China white. Other times when he was trying to look intelligent, he came across as an 11 year old trying to fake his way through an oral book report of a book he clearly never read. Or he was just flat out insulting to our strongest allies.

That's quite a rant there. Montana dude won because of the R next to his name and that is it. Even his own party cringed. Ryan put him in his place and made him apologize. But Montanans would vote for a pile of horse manure if it was wearing a red hat, so it wasn't that great a win.
