WHAT IS TANTRA??? Tantra is not easily summed up in a few brief sentences but, I would like to give a little over view. It is a spiritual practice that uses toning and balancing for the areas of energy called Chakras. Most Tantikas are trained to address ALL issues that can arise from any of the 7 Charkas and this does include the 1st and 2nd Chakra.
Tantra is an ancient belief that honors energy that is created by arousal and stimulation. This is the most powerful energy that can be experienced between partners. Practical techniques of Tantra can help with impotency, pre-mature ejaculation, tired libido, self esteem and pleasuring your partner, among other issues.
