No disrespect to those ladies who have them, but I am a natural lover all the way, and have only seen one lady who had implants.  

I have known several women who said they did it "for themselves", but I have always been curous what the specific reasons were.  I just like hearing the responses...no judgement on my part...I am just honestly curious.

I would be willing to bet there are a million reasons. Well not a million I know it's a gross exageration but I'm sure there are allot.
Just like there are guys who love them natural weather they are big or small. Just as there are boys who like them big no matter if they are natural or augmented. There are millions of women with small breast who would like them larger and millions with large breast who would like them smaller. There are lot's of men who have little dicks who would like them bigger and lots of men with b... oops well I guess not on that one. There are lots of guys that are going bald who wish they had hair and lots of guys with hair who wish they were b... oops guess not on that one either. Well the point I was trying to make is that is a zebra white with black stripes or is he black with white stripes. If you think too hard on issue of the mind you could hurt something. Men are usually pretty simple they either like things or they don't and frequently they don't know why. Sometimes with women your answer could vary depending on who is asking it and what time of day it is. Sometimes the reasons can be quite layered and if you think youv'e figured it out your fooling yourself. And what have we learned from my little post is that I'm easily self amused and sometimes I have a tendecy to ramble. I crack myself up.

Talked with a very young provider tonight that announced she was getting boob job in 6 weeks. She then proceeded to ask me what I thought about that. Personally this gal doesn't need them to impress me, I think her 34Bs are absolutely incredible and fit her petite frame well. She declared that she was starting to sag...for goodness sakes she's under 25 with no kids..I would never classify them as sagging. Well, overall it's this woman's choice and if she feels better for having them then good for her. I would still prefer to suckle on those beautiful breasts before they're augmented, but to each his own.

Why stop seeing her, is it that important.  I just recently got married to woman who had a mastectomy 2 years ago and it really hasn't affected me. If it bothers you so much, contact her and discuss it with her.

who has natural breasts. I have considered the option of implants but have yet to follow through. Primarily because I don't enjoy pain and can't see paying such an exuberant amount to have them done.

My reason for considering the surgery would be for the mere fact, I love the way they look! ;0)

Paris is a wonderful girl, with or without big boobs.  She had planned on getting them way before she was involved in this industry so working had nothing to do with her decision.  Before she got her own she'd grab mine or Kara's all the time, wishing they were hers!  Many people tried to talk her out of it saying she was perfect the way she was, but her mind was made up.

I can't say if it has affected her popularity one way or the other because she is just such an awesome person inside and out that clients don't care about the boobs.  None of her regulars have stopped seeing her, that's for sure.  

Her body is sexier than ever and her personality and customer service skills are the reason you should come back and see her again and again!

I was already a C cup before I had my implants which is why they look and feel so natural. So, why did I do it you ask?

1.  I was a dancer before escort and peer pressure got the better of me!

2.  I wanted to fill out my bra a little more and certain outfits definitely look better with the fullness.  But, I did not ask for a DD!

And I am only 5'1!(but I don't think they look too out of place because I am very curvy) The doctors always seem to think you want bigger than you really do! I asked for a small D...got DD.  

So, like Taylor, I am going a size smaller in a few months. It also gets a little embarrasing when people stare especially when I am with my Grandma!  It's just boobs though right?  A boobs, a boobs, a boob.  Big or small, they are heavenly just the same.

Maybe it's a girl talk thing, but at strip clubs a major topic of discussion is boobs--who's natural, who's going to get implants, and who's going to have surgery again to go even bigger.

I've heard a few girls remark that customers compliment them on their natural boobs, but five minutes later the same guys will be cavorting with a big-chested dancer, spending more time (i.e. money) with her.

I'd say it's a no-brainer that girls in the adult entertainment field (strippers, escorts, etc) are getting implants because most guys love that small-waisted, bigger chest look--and that look is hard to come by with Mother Nature alone.

So, it's an economic decision, with a secondary effect that she will get more attention walking down the streets as well.

One potential problem with surgery, though, is if the lady goes TOO big, or her surgeon doesn't do a perfect job, the result will be rock hard or lumpy boobs that look and feel unnatural. That might even result in the loss of clients. (Do remember that sometimes new boobs may take several months to soften.)

I once did a doubles session (out of state) where the lady looked great in her pics, but in person she had lumpy implants that felt awful. Hopefully she'll go back to a surgeon and get them revised one day.

I have found my pre-boob and post-boob experiences with men to be men are MORE sexually turned on and attracted to me in a sexual way since I have gotten implants.  To answer the question, I think other girls catch on to this because of whistling and head turning and end up wanting the implants.

BUT is sexual beauty in the eye of the beholder or is it a natural born instinct in a man to like busty women?  Since way  back in time sculptures of women were busty and curvy.  Things that make you go hmmmmmmmm.
