Besides 60 minutes, what are the differences between the two appointments. I have had many one hour appointments and am considering a two hour appointment with one of my favorites.
Gentlemen, what are your thoughts, is it worth the two hours?
Ladies, how do you like to fill the time of a two hour appointment?
I had a provider on a regular basis.I would see her once a month and for 2 hours at a time.We would talk a little play a lot,talk a little.It also gave the opportunity to try differant things and not be rushed doing it. One unforgettable event, she took me out to the desert during the day. It was very erotic!
We have many two hour appointments because many times you can't get enough in one hour!! 
Also, it is nice for both parties to not be rushed into or out of anything. It gives you time to chat, have a drink, get into the mood, etc. Many great things can be extended when you see someone for two hours. I say go for it!!
Here is my take. Me being a GFE provider.
If you are just looking for a quick fix to DSB(deadly sperm builup)
then an hour appointment is more than enough for you, and there are plenty of women who like doing these appointments.
But I am a provider that just feels one hour is not enough time to provide what I like to offer. I love being able to spend quality time with my friends, and pamper them. Everything from maybe doing dinner, cocktails, drinking a fine bottle of wine, me making snacks for us, talking, massage, and more, just simply can not be done in an hours time. For all the fore mentioned things are why men look to 2 hour or more meetings.
I will not see anyone any more for anything less than a 2 hour appointment. I know I will probably lose some prospective clients, but that is OK with me. Like I said I like to think of the men I see as more friends rather than any other term.
Also just think if one pop is good, two must be better! Well that's my take on why a guy should see a girl for longer than 1 hour?

Yeh sure, what response do you expect from providers, the more time the more $$$$. I have seen providers where the extra time doesn't mean diddly squat.. If you have a connection with the woman then who cares. bull2u, Ask yourself this. Has the one hour appointments with your favorite felt it was not enough time or was it sooooo good you never wanted it to end? Nobody can tell you if its worth it. When for me its so good I never want it to end I keep seeing that person for 1 hour, I'd hate to be there when its always hot and then turns cold or too personal. I think a multiple hour session with a new provider for the first time would be better. I'm interested in sex first, I find if you sit around and BS to much one of you dosent want to be there, I say jump right in give them a great O and away you go. I suggest find a woman who is intreging, one who sends you e-mail, one who you just cant figure out. Isabella Manelli for instance, I think I would need 2 hours just to explore all her sences and every inch of of that Italian beauty, then after we can talk. It's all in the fantasy your looking for. 2 hours is usually my prefernce - otherwise I go for 11/2 hours. Danny's comments about Isabella are right on, from the intrigue/ems/ingenuity. One of the key things you mentioned is your thought of having a longer appointment with one of your favorite providers. I think if you've gotten along well in the past, a longer appointment gives you a really good opportunity to enjoy each other more. If you've ever had thoughts or fantasies about what you would like to do with a provider, a longer appointment also gives you a chance to explore and realize your fantasy. It's also nice to try different ways of getting aroused as well as different positions also.
From the hobbyist side...
I find that minimum of 2 hrs is best because I like to relax and take my time with a lady.
I have never been the "slam bam" type.
I enjoy the time getting to know each other, talking, carressing, playing before and after the main dish.
You just can't have that kind of connection in a short session.
