It's one thing to have a tenant who is violating the terms of the lease by engaging in illegal activity, a nono on virtually all leases. It's quite another for someone to rent to you knowing full well you are going to be turning tricks out of his/her property. If you ever get busted you get a misdemeanor solicitation charge, your landlord risks losing his property AND possibly be looking at felony charges of running a "house of prostitution" to boot.

Why do u think only a few post on this board? So many are not nice! I post multiple times on other boards because the men and women stand up  and protect each other!...they r NICE! Many times this board is just plain mean, immature and insulting! What kind of stand up community are we with this kind of insult? Just embarrassing! I recommend moving to Tempe.  They have a new program where Tempe is hiring homeless people in Tempe city government, first in temp positions then moving them to permanent positions in Tempe city government.  I am hopefull homeless can eventually take over Tempe prosecutor's office, municipal court, and LE if the plan goes as planned making the Tempe of the homeless, by the homeless, and for the homeless.  

One Tempe citizen reported in the article a homeless person told him to, "Get the hell out of my park!".

Hey everyone! I never really look at the Board but my friend Kali told me  I should check out this board and this discussion. What happened to the days when everyone was nice and we helped each other? I just can’t believe that people will tear somebody down. My last incall  I had for 12 years and I owned it and I sold it and I never had any problems there! so please don’t make assumptions that having an in call with a hooker there is bad because I never even raised a red flag and I was there for 12 years! In fact the guy at the office knew me from Daves’s list and said that I wish I had 10 of you girls that lived in here because you stay to your self and pay your mortgage  and it is always current!!Congratulations, Madison on finding a place that’s great news.

Oh...and to the nasty trolls who wanted to spread hate...thanks for keeping my post current. "No such thing as bad press" (Especially when it's free!!) My phone and email have been pretty busy! lol

I don't read much here anymore, either, but glad Maddie found a place, that's #1!  After reading so much negativity by certain assholes, it reminded me why I rarely read anything here anymore.  The mistreatment of Maddie by some individuals is entirely uncalled for, and just plain stupid, in addition to being overtly mean-spirited.
Kudos to the lovely Kali Gail and the others who backed up Maddie, and my advice to the assholes on this board is to both grow up and shut up, not necessarily in that order.

They must really hate fulfilling, enjoyable interactions with women because the individuals in question aren’t accidentally sticking their foot in their mouth periodically. They are actively pursuing contentious, negative dialogues on a daily basis.

It’s sad really. They are missing out on witty, intelligent banter which would undoubtedly stimulate them on a more comprehensive level likely resulting in more rewarding encounters when they actually meet a provider.

Haven't been back in the industry long, but see a need to file taxes as self-employed (cam model/fix furniture/product resale, etc.) to rebuild financial presence and portfolio--also Roth IRA to keep some money instead of paying it to the government.  Can't touch the 128k equity in my house for the very same reason...my bank uses tax returns for previous 2 years...I was celibate and out-of-industry last year. Hope you were able to find a new place, Madison.
