I have seen a provider several times that I really enjoy but it seems every other time I set up a date she is a no show, no call, no text, no email, no response of any kind. Can I post a review saying this or somewere I can post my experience for others to be aware of?

Under Reviews - More Searches is a category called Rip-Offs. But a NCNS situation isn't technically a rip-off. Best to probably just do a straight review indicating NCNS. I could be wrong though.
best thing you can do is post about her NCNS tendency on this board and mention her name. If you prefer not to mention her name on the board and you're VIP mention that you'll give her name in a pm to those that inquiry
Simply ranting about her NCNS without mentioning her name will have board members bitching about your post without mentioning her name.
You say you've seen her several times so you're free to write a review about those sessions and mention the additional NCNS incidents.
