Just do a search for Meet and Greets going back 2005, you'll see.  I've hosted 2-4 a year up until 2009.  I found it difficult to go and do them anymore since I got stuck with the costs when hobbyists didn't show up.  I will have to think about doing them, so stay tuned like I said.  IF AND WHEN I do them, it will be invite only.  No public announcements, whatsoever, to avoid any unwanted attention.  I conduct these things with much discretion and attention to detail like how I run my business.

All of the local boards are "dead" - 2 postings a day here, eros - boring, BP - wtf??? C'mon man!

Everyone's doing it. Lol. It does seem pretty quiet. I haven't been keeping track though. Maybe it's due to the holidays?

Since I visit las Vegas twice a year I usually read and post there, so I'm always comparing the Philly board to that, and it may not be fair.  I'm going to try and post more here, a New Years resolution, but we really need some folks willing to start a couple of controversial posts to get things started.

I understand what you mean. I am from Washington D.C. And it seems that board is a bit busier. I think it all goes in waves. And since we now have an ad board and a general board for each city, that has made a difference. From my side I am more interested in what people are talking about rather then the advertising. Makes sense since I am the provider. ;-)

I'm still new at this ( 1 year ) and I've mostly hobbied in Vegas ( it's hard getting away from the family when I'm local ) , but in Vegas I've stopped searching the ads, I meet all my ladies on the message board. It's allot more fun, you get a peek at their personality from their posts, and generally they are more engaging and take more pride in their work.  I guess it's because it's a public forum and when they put their "real selves" out there they want to make sure their "private engagements" measure up.  You put up an ISO on the Vegas board and the girls are all over you, it's hot as hell. The providers really make the board come alive, otherwise it's just a sausage fest.

I'm a newbie so my opinion shouldn't count for jack... but I'm curious to know what would happen if there was an anonymous meet up.  Pick a bar a time and see what the cat drags in. It could be entertaining.  Lets say Rouge at 9:30 this Saturday.  Just a thought...

There is a separate board for, a manual, it's done in las Vegas, new jersey, new York, and other cities all the time.  We need one in Philly, but we need a respected provider and hobbyist to organize it.  To do that we need hobbyists and providers to contribute to the board so we have "somebodys" that establish a presence.  Keep posting friends, we'll get there.

I may have to think about hosting a spring mixer in a couple of months. Stay tuned.

Dear Sloane:
How long ago did you host them? Also when would you know more about when you would be hosting?

I've been wanting to go to one of these since I've heard about them.  Is there dancing ?  I've wanted to go dancing for twenty fucking years now.  Went to club once, thought I was a reasonably adequate looking guy (for my age), couldn't find anyone over 30 (I'm 56), I asked the ugliest broads I could find to dance, jeez, they looked at me like you thought I was trying to rape them

Dear Sloane:
If you were to advertise it, would it be here or would you have to go to your website so one could ascertain that you having a meet and greet?

Kicking around some dates ???  I'm out of town the first week in April (the week before Easter).  I would love to attend a Philadelphia Meet and Greet.  Is mid March too soon ?

I also find it amazing how a market like Philly can be so dead also. Hopefully things will pick up..
