commencements and conventions, etc. Not sure you would have much more luck in the city if the airport area is booked. As for better location, it's the same as the BWI/Baltimore argument as to which is better. Better parking and less traffic for some people but others work in the city so that's more convenient for them. Guess it depends on your requests...
