I may not have communicated it up above very well but the degree of the charges was
astonishing to me. He was charged with Aggravated Exploitation a 2nd degree feloney because
the woman was his wife. He was sitting outside in their car. And he was charged with Money Laundering
because they said they support themselves with the money. They said that "post miranda".

The 3 misdemeanor were dropped and He pled guilty to two 3rd degree felonies. Sentencing is later.
