He brought an escort to Utah "W" and they made money. She gets busted and says she
gives the money to "Mr. R" and he gets 2 felonies: Money Laundering 2nd degree and Exploiting Prostitution, 3rd degree.  $50,000 bail.

Be aware of the laws in Utah they are aggressive here. Be careful what you say "Post-Miranda".

I was watching a documentary on "Infamous pimps" on HBO in 2007. I was appauled at how these "Bums" make thousands off of wet behind the ears girls. The two hour film told the story on pimps from 1960's,70's,80's and 1990's. These guys must have some skill,charm and a cunning "Rooster" in the Hen house approach.? I guess if a girl/woman is an average SW(street walker/hooker) then she may require a no account such as that to bail her out of jail. Pay for her wigs,tampons,condoms,health department check-ups and clothes. If you google famous pimps there are a ton of these wino's out there. What bugs me is why would any woman turn over her profits to a punk as that? Thank god I have never had any desire or inclination to associate with such low human form . Every lady of the evening should read books on business,accounting,taxes,tax shelters,real estate and marketing. What I found hilarious at the end of the HBO documentary was that very few of these men who made millions had anything to show for it? They are in Washington D.C,San Francisco,Calif,NYC,Las vegas,Nevada. Again if you earned it ,its yours to keep! . D-

And money laundering is a standard charge as well.  It's what agencies face when they get busted - same as pimps.  The work itself is a misdemeanor in most places.
