Not a lot of choices in Maui. Occasionally some good visiting providers. If you have very deep pockets, fly someone to you:)
I have no personal experience with Halo but she has many positive reviews from when she was in Vegas. She books through LV100proof. Ads posted on the "other cities" ad boards occasionally
