I know that life has us all in the fast line, and sometimes we don't have time to sit down and enjoy a delicious meal. I found a few places, one in particular is in Costa Mesa, where the tempura tofu is to die for! I just get in line, order my bento box and some other items, and within 5-10mins I am out the door.

Where is your favorite "fast food" japanese restaurant?

Well I usually go to this little AMP around the corner for fast food at the Y. their Full service menu is fantastic.. The problem is it usually Korean. I get the Kim's Chi box and I am usually in and out in less than 30 min's

There is this great Sushi place nearby called JUNS that is all you can eat sushi again run by a bunch of Koreans.

Since I am vegetarian the Tempura Tofu sounds great.

I would so enjoy finding great places like that. We all make plans to do sushi for dinner tonight with our SO'S and then a call cums in and that's that for sushi. So it's hard to make plans and get to follow them sometimes.  But in a helpful thought, here is a link to some of the major sushi restaurants in the OC via urban spoon.

Hey Ava,

Would you mind naming the restaurant you are referring too? I've spent quite a bit of time in Japan and developed an affinity for authentic Tempura which is quite difficult to find in my area however I do visit Orange County quite often.
