I swear to God, the frustration in dating when you run across SO many women who are in denial just makes hobbying that much more acceptable for the "lifetime solution". I pretty much play the dating game by the "3 date rule". Why is it that some civvy woman has NO PROBLEM consuming my copiously-available money in meals and drinks and what have you, over the course of 3 dates... but then when she does NOT put out, she has this surprised exclamation of "all he wanted was SEX". DUH freaking DUH!!!! Are women really that clueless or so freaking ensconsed in denial that they simply refuse to understand how simple men are?
Men are used to making things happen in their lives. We are "providers". I can provide for ANY OTHER NEED I have in life, save ONE. I don't "need" anything else from a woman but sex. No, not even companionship, because I have friends. I will say, yes, it would be NICE to have a woman one could settle down with as a companion, but I don't need it so damn bad that I am going to play some stupid freaking game and "pretend" like I want something OTHER than sex...just so I can GET sex!

Don't get me wrong, if you are in your fuck years, then by all means hobby away and get it out of your system. In time though, you may want a more fulfilling relationship with someone that you can settle down with and create a life with. That may or may not involve kids and family but I hope for your sake that you come to realize that women offer a very different kind of companionship/relationship than your male buddies can. Simply viewing all women as fuck objects will eventually affect all your relationships (man, woman, kids, siblings, parents, etc).

the female human has evolved to have sex only with men who they believe can take care of their offspring and will stick around to do so. Sex with random and/or unattractive guys is against their nature, which is why we pay for it.
If you're really interested in the female psyche, the recently ascendant seduction community has done a pretty good job figuring it out. Eg
it could actually be worse. For example, You could find that special someone who puts out like the energizer bunny so you then unwittingly take the plunge into the M pool only to find out that she wants to "change" you and thereby alters all rules of the game. You could then find yourself in a rapidly deteriorating situation where once a day, becomes once a week, becomes once a month, becomes I forgot what I'm supposed to do its been so long and the word atrophy enters your vocabulary.

If you try to have a civilian type relationship with a provider where you are not paying $$$ I think you might be surprised at how similar that is to your current relationships with civilian women.
However in their role as a provider the lady is primarily interested in exchanging her services for your money.
