Please help flag this chick or have her removed!  There is a girl on here (her ter id is 147977) Her name is Tara but now she has changed her name to Kim Bellagio (which is my name)  She is also using some of my photos in various ads and on her website.  The worst part is that on her website she posts reviews which link back to my TER profile so she is claiming that she is me on here.  

Also, she is ugly and older so when people google my name they see her ugly face and think that it is me!

Also she has my phone number listed as one of her phone numbers on her website which is a big problem because she is super cheap so now my phone is being flooded with cheap guys in ohio wanting to see me! ugh!

I reported both of her backpage ads and reported her to TER.  

I hate dumb girls who do this!  I don't understand, like, when the client gets there and can see, obviously this isn't the same girl, are they like, well... I guess I'm already here???  Is that how that works?

I believe your best bet is to use the "contact us" link at the bottom of each page to let TER know of the problem. Send them as much detail and backup info as you can and let them have some time to work it out.  

Also, you can report picture thieves to BP, Eros and most other sites. There was a post by CeCe on the Chicago board within the past few days explaining in detail how to do this for BP. Hopefully, a few providers will chime in with info on how to handle it with other sites, if you need.  

You can contact your phone provider and ask what can be done about unauthorized use of your number. Maybe better to simply change it.

Yup.. pretty much.  I could reference dozens of reviews right here that read something like, "she wasn't the girl in the pics, but I was thinking with the little head" or something like that.  Just read the review summaries and I will bet you find a few right away.

"Tara" is on another regional board here, and her pics appear to be her own.  The ones on the referenced ads also seem to be her own.  The stolen pics -- and there clearly are a few -- are on her personal website, so it isn't an issue of BP or EROS pulling them down.  I didn't find any examples of crossed phone numbers.

I have never seen her, but I know how to contact her through another site, I will ask her why she is doing this, and why there is confusion.  Maybe she will stop.  She is a legitimate provider, she has her own clientele, so there is no reason for her to post photos that obviously aren't her right next to the ones that obviously are her

Thank you I guess I wouldn't care so much that she used my pics it's just the fact that she is using my name and my reviews that makes me kind of mad because people are asking me if I am her and thinking that we are the same person but it's so silly because we don't even have the same hair color or anything alike...

If you look on the first page. Go way down to the bottom and look at the footer.  Right there is Kim's of OCs phone number and email address.  When i first looked at the website, I said the same thing.  

This seems like this provider is using a website template and she did not erase Kim of OCs information.

I noticed this too. It was confusing but as Kim pointed out, if you go to the donation and contact page there is Tara's number. Her new number, that she just started using in her new back page ads. Now people are contacting Kim and asking for those rates posted on the fake website which are considerably different than Kims. They don't even offer the same services.  

Kim's reviews speak for themselves. She has a stellar reputation in the OC community. It is unfortunate that someone is trying to encroach on her well deserved and hard earned rep but that is exactly what is going on.

I think you're right, Ken. She just probably grabbed a template and kept some of Kim's info (including her reviews) on the site but put in her phone number and some of her pictures.

So, it seems that you just need to get in contact with her, because if she isn't using the pictures here, on TER, I don't think that TER can really do anything about it ?  I did report her photos to BP.

I hope the one commentator whom said they know Tara, will reach out to her, and just present it like, wow! Did you know when you used the template, you accidentally kept some of the girls' information and it's presently becoming confusing for the original girl, as she is getting phone calls from ohio!!!

Something tactful and not accusatory, because it may very well be a mistake.

Before going further, let me clarify that I have never met Tara or Kim (unfortunately), so I have no vested interest whatsoever.  Neither are even in my city.  I do know of Tara through another site, and I got in touch with her as I said she would.  She responded promptly and, under the circumstances, politely.  In short:

She has no knowledge of the "fake website", isn't paying for it, and didn't know about it (or this thread).  She has never had any website.

She is not a member here, and only advertises on another site now.

She has never used the name Kim Bellagio.

She suggested Kim get in touch with her so they can figure out how to get the fake site taken down.

I will send Kim a more detailed message with a few suggestions to get this resolved.  I can understand why she was upset, and even understand her lashing out at someone she saw hurting her business.  

The rest of you need to get a life and learn to get facts before drawing conclusions.  I am sure a few will nonetheless post more crap speculating about a situation about which they know absolutely nothing.  Fine with me;to quote a great movie set in L.A. (in honor of the lovely Kim), "My name's Paul and this is between y'all".

She did not steal anything...apparently a third party has stolen both your pics and info and created this site. For what purpose, who knows?  

Some of the less then desirable sites will troll other sites, take your info and pics, and create all kinds of profiles FOR YOU. Without your knowledge or permission. Not really sure why, perhaps to drive more traffic to theirs?

Anyway, sorry this has happened to the BOTH of you. Perhaps together you can get to to bottom of it, find out who did it and get it removed.

I sincerely don't believe Tara did this. As MissLovelyGuns stated , this was done by a 3rd party. I would assume the website where this is occurring would be the culprit. Tara is a nice  smart girl with a good rep on another site. And I just don't see her being so deceptive. Hope this gets sorted out quickly and I am sorry you BOTH had to go through this aggravation. She does not even have a website and is just as confused by this as you are!

Tara has her own business and does well as the person she is and therefore, has no need to steal anything.

I've been in this biz long enough to know if your gonna post pics you should probably watermark them to prevent sites, guys and other girls from stealing them.  As MLG stated, there are trolls who will steal them.  

As for your post - it's very condescending towards someone you have never even tried to contact about this situation but instead stir up drama that could have easily been cleared up ... Well atleast the blame towards another provider across the nation.

I for one did have this same scenario happen in the last year.  There is a girl in my own city who uses my name backwards, advertises as gfe roxie who in fact tried to link herself to my reviews and redirected searches to herself.  I was very frustrated myself, but the first thing I did was contact her.  Unfortunately she never responded and to this day continues to post and no one knows who she is.  But in your case, this girl has been willing to help you figure out this hoax- including there are several providers in Ohio that can vouch - this girl did not take your stuff.  As for sites stealing info, I have had same issue as so have many others.  I have had both my pics and numbers taken and posted to websites I have never heard of, let alone registered with.  I have contacted many - some several times requesting my stolen info be taken down before legal action is taken and what do ya know, it disappears.

 Almost on a weekly basis I GOOGLE my name (which kinda pisses me off cuz this other roxie chick still comes up) but I do research my own name to see where my name and info is popping up at.  I recommend anyone and everyone who puts anything up or out there in the internet world to do this.  It's not like this is a Fortune 500 company that  promises  privacy.  Your an escort and so is she that post on boards owned by people you don't know that you utilize in the public eye.  

I really hope this mess is cleared up ASAP for the BOTH of you!!!  As you clearly do not want to be confused with her and I'm quit sure after being publicly attacked, she def does not want that mix up with you as well.

I have had this happen and it sucks that you and Tara are going through this... I suggest trying to find out the web host on the site is and report to them your info and photos are on there.. Threaten a lawsuit if they are not taken down immediately. Most likely they will take them down out of fear of legal action
