I ended up Googling it lol... It was a dumb question, being my home town, I had just never heard it called that so it threw me a bit. Reading the article it was mostly streetwalkers from the looks of it. They need to focus on the meth and fake heroine/overdosing epidemic down there instead of who is buying/selling kitty.
My hometown too. Went to CHS and we always called it ChillTown. Did you know Circleville was also called RoundTown?
Street activity always draws too much attention for some towns. It's also a huge source of money for the drug dealers so guess they think it will reduce drug problems when in reality it only increases other crimes. Drug addicts will find a way to get money to feed their need.
