In attempts to revive this board and awaken the trolls......... tell me about your dreamiest travel destination. If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be? Who would it be with? What would you do? Does that place actually exist or is it just a fantasy? Give me the juice details -wink-

For me it would be somewhere in a spring or smoky mountain. I picture myself staying in a modern cabin with large views overlooking the tallest trees of the land. I would like to feel the sensation of my body lathered in foamy hot water in a huge oval shaped tub outside while I look up at the silver colored skies. I imagine I would be there with a close fwb or something along those lines. HA!

Your turn....

With a private deck with pool and viewing windows in the floor to see the tropical fish....

This is on my Bucket List and I would love to take one of my ATFs....

Tropical fishes are gorgeous. Would you ever walk on the glass floors of the Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge?

It is. There are virtual experience trailers of it on the internet and I am so close to putting it on my bucket list but I know it's a tourist attraction and I would hate to be on the bridge at the same time that there are hundreds of other people on it with me. Humans try to outdo humanity sometimes but we cannot outdo physics.

I'll wash your back!

Spending a month in the South of France, cooking and eating the incredible food, drinking fabulous wine, bicycling through the vineyards, spending nights in a chateau with my atf

Cooking your own food. Are there any places in Columbus Dayton or Cinci where you can do that? I'd love to go for a cooking class where my friends and I could savor the fruits of our labor.

There's a place in West Chester called The Learning Kitchen which is pretty good.  I took a knife skills class there and you end up eating what you make in class.  Pretty cool.

I'd have to agree with the French Polynesia or maybe a Maldives vacation with my ATF...    :-)

Though a Mediterranean Cruise with my ATF also was pretty sweet but I've done that one...  lol

I keep trying to get myself to take a cruise for the experience but I prefer sticking to what I know. I have a natural fear of the sea. I think that if sea sick wouldn't get me then I would panic and have to avoid looking out at the water. Are there still destination cruises where the ship docks at select locations to let the passengers tour?

Yes Sasha; that was the best part of the Mediteranean cruise....  depending on length you book, you can see Spain, France, Italy and Greece sights

The ship is docked there most of the week....

You need to try a short 4 or 5 night cruise. Get a balcony cabin. You better off if you can look out over the horizon if you think you may get sea sick. Have you ever been on lake Erie in a boat. If you have and didn't get sea sick I drought you'll get sick on a cruise.
A nice 5 night I recommend is on the Carnival Sunshine out of Port Canaveral. The ship stops at two small ports that is basically beach time with two days at sea.

We need you to liven things up on the Boards. I thought you would
have something for the 4th.

Yeah.... Wasn't in a festive mood.  I'm disappointed that I didn't plan well and ended up with a bust for the fireworks celebration we had on the 3rd...... I couldn't get to the rooftop in time because roads were closed and terrible traffic. I always have terrific views of the fireworks either on a rooftop or from a high rise downtown so I didn't think I would run into any trouble. I could have literally hopped out of my car and ran upstairs but nowhere to park :(

Just returned from an all inclusive resort in Cancun.
It was AMAZING!!!
Going into the city was not very nice, very dirty!
But the resorts are fabulous!!
Will definitely return!😊
Have a wonderful day all!
